I've used iKobo quite a few times with no problems, but i'm using the Safari browser that comes with Macintosh computers. I'd contact iKobo customer service or its equiv. because something is wrong if it ain't working for you but is working for pretty much everyone else. Maybe it's in your cookie settings or something that tech has heard 1000 times an can have you up and running in no time.
