Hi there SBS,yeah it does seem like our IOP choices have been narrowed greatly!!!! If you are needing fast w/o records not too sure about the valium but isn't Ambien pretty much readily available at all the OPs without a script? It just seems to me I see that one at all of them,thats the sleep-aid right? I'll do some checking for you too and see if I can come up with something.Hey by the way does the Ambien work good for you?OR Does it leave you feeling like you are just coming out of surgery the next day?I can use something once and again as my mind does not shut down at night when I have alot of projects going on like right now.I decorate in my sleep and fall asl eep surrounded by my country livings and renovator magazines!!!Good luck and let me know about the ambien ok?
