This might be is a little bit but off topic (Sorry, just want a better understanding, intellecutally speaking), but I'm wondering what does temesgic feel like?, I understand it's a synthetic opiate and works in incredible small dosages, like 0.2mg sublingual tabs. But does it have the classic narcotic effect? like suppose for example, hydro has, or does it combine with a different kind(s) of opiate type receptors, thus help an individual safely withdraw from opiates. I know with temesgic there are also other synthetic opiates, the effects are differ in subtle ways then with either natural opiates (codeine and morphine) or in semi-synthetics like (hydrocodone or oxycodone). I've tried other synthetics some of them kind of overstimulate the opiate receptor and you have a exxagerated effect, like "Talwin or Stadol Nasal Spray", they seem to favor one portion of the total narcotic effect, like with "Talwin, it makes "U" feel "REELLY" dizzy along with all the other normal narcotic effects, and Stadol like has a totally unusually makes you feellike "Ur" in a "UNREEL WORLD" along with the normal narcotic effects they both seem quite strong and at the same time they emphazize or favor one or more sub-component(s) of the total "narcotic effect" (both physical and emotional) versus "natural opiates or semi-synthetics" which have a kind of balance effect where no one sub-symptom stands out more then the other, every symptom is in proportion with all the others, whereas with synthetics it seems to be that they have a greater affinity to one kind of opiate receptor versus an equal affinity for all opiate-receptors, the only thing that differs is potency and duration and then you have the weak synthetics like "Ultram" or "Darvon", which kind of just kind tease "U" and never "REELLY" make "U" like make you've haven't a taken a narcotic painkiller, cuz their effects are weak, but I have to admit Darvon is way stronger then Ultram (which has a weak narcotic effect and then you have those synthetics that mimic the true natural narcotic effect like "Methadone or Demerol". That make you feel like you're having a total natural narcotic effect, like "Demerol is quite potent when given intramuscularly. Where and how does Temesgic fit in all of this?, Can someone explain what Temesgic feels like by comparing other synthetics (Fentanyl, Nubain, Talwin, Ultram, Demerol, and Ultram). "REELLY" what surprises me is that it's US version known as "Buprenex" or "Suboxone" is now being introduced as a good alternative for those who want to taper-down their narcotic painkillers use and on top of that their deliver system is sublingual which is "unusual" for a med pain, most of of the time when you sublingual, you think about those "nitroglycerine" tabs that hearts patients use when they suffer an angina attack, it must have it's own narcotic effect, before it was used for detoxification purposes, it was primarily used as a painkiller for "Moderate to severe pain". So if anyone can describe it's effects, I would be interested to understand the "psychopharmalogicial effects", An easy way would to be to describe it, is to compare it with those narcotics, which have establish a following over the years and have history that travels way back in time. I know I can do an internet search on it and find all the information I can about it. But I rather hear it from my fellow DBers, if anyone can describe it, I know DBers would be the choice one should make, to hear it straight from someone's mouth, afterall there's emotion there, logics put aside, tell me "Ur" Story. Thanx in advance for all those who reply!!
