the place where I ordered was called firstmedsrx. I was a bit bothered that a questionaire was all they asked. I had my records in hand ready to fax but they never phoned or emailed me. Withim the past week or so the list have had posts as you know now asking what happened to firstmedsrx? I asked if it were the same as 1stmedsrx. hope this helps and you even know the answer.
