its unfortunate that all that is happening. I have had migraines, I have just had shoulder surgery which will be followed by 2 more surgeries and muscle stiffness at night when I try to sleep. Luckily I dont have anxiety to the mix and I agree norco isn't designed for migraines, it makes it worse for some people. I enjoyed imitrex as it attacks the constricting blood vessels. I am surprised xanax doesn't let you sleep, but each person is different and valium is used for basically the same thing and is prescribed for day time use as does xanax, so it may not help you sleep.
