The reason hold times have been so high is because of all the problems caused by St Peter's and their broken tracking numbers. The re-routing of scripts last week led to late deliveries and upset customers with a lot of them calling multiple times a day. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that, as I would be worried to if I was waiting for something that didn't arrive on time, but we are doing our best here to catch up and send out everything as normal. Datamark is back up to normal capabilities and TDI has caught up with their load as well, we're just waiting on their tracking numbers.
