I use meds123 for one of my medications. Very happy with them, when I request a refill, I get it the next day from Datamark (I've been lucky to not get them from the other pharmacy, which I've read doesn't give you the whole manufacturer's bottle?).

They have some deal with a third party site that provides tracking as well. You should def call customer service, it shouldn't be taking this long.
