The profiles are not important at all
There is nothing wrong with changing a few profiles and it does not prove any breach of privacy

What is private are the medical records and the customer information.

The profiles on the message board are public information.

I am banning Acid for making too many posts about NWW. Saying the same thing over and over is SPAM.

We would like to mention that the feedback on NWW is excellent, we have no mediation requests for NWW, and everything seems to indicate they are as good as usual.

They do have a problem, serious problem on their board, we do not know what the problem is, (maybe it is the moderators, the spammers, or a combianation of both), but we are sure they will resolve it soon and that we do not want those problems to move into our message board :-)
NWW informed us that they will have a new forum online this week. Just wait a bit and use the other ways available to contact them!
