Yes Effie, I can - I wasn't denied service nor was I told my records were bad. I was just totally fed up with NWW, the final straw was me calling in for a consult (yes, I know I'm sooo stupid to have even thought about consulting again with over a years worth of mess out of NWW, but I'll say again, this was before I knew about DB and my alternatives and this consult was to have been free of charge - read on...) and Patty demnding that I pay NWW a very large sum of money to "reimburse" them (man what a laugh that is) for something that an NWW staffer did to get my medication to me after NUMEROUS mistakes made by NWW on this paticular refill, even potentially deadly mistakes, with a controlled medication. I beleive this staffer knew how much trouble NWW was in with this situation and was willing to remedy it regardless of the cost to them.

So, I've no axe to grind with them because I *lost* something, I was ripped off by over a years worth of frustration, a huge long distance bill, meds always late or not at all, meds delivered to totally wrong addresses (not even my address but someone elses clear on the other side of the US etc, etc, I could go on for days with all they put me through) However, I wasn't stopped by them at a point where I hadn't FINALLY, due to my demanding over and over again and a ton of my time, getting what I should have gotten WITHOUT the hassles, I attribute ALL of the goodness that came from NWW to the one and ONLY KIMBERLY!, whatta gal she is!! At the time I left, I had all of my fills and was out no actual money (except for long distance charges, which was a bunch, but it's rare you can recoup all losses), they did leave me with a credit on my account (that Kim had done for me due to all the mistakes NWW had made) that I was not allowed to use, (they owed me a free consult and free shipping), but I will not keep quiet when I know people are here to find out the good, bad and the ugly when making their choices regarding an OP.

I don't think this thread is out of hand at all - I think people are using other OP's and feeling freer than ever to expose NWW for who and what they are.

Y'all should stop the paranoia, thinking anyone here who takes the time to try and relate their experience is *out to get NWW* who has time for that? I belive it's just that we don't want to see anyone else fall for their mess. I think the screen shots have now proven to be for real and the stories that are coming to light real as well.

Has Patty been terminated yet? IMO that is the only appropriate action for anyone who works for them or volunteers for them (mods) who has breeched the confidentiality of the consumer. If your local Dr.'s office had these kind of issues, I am certain you would find that staff member in the unemployment line and a very nervous Dr. who just might find themselves being reprimand by the licensing board.

Enough of us feeeling like we only have one place to go to get the medicine we need - finally OP land has choices that are broad enough for almost every pocketbook and need. At one time NWW was on of very few *top notch* providers, but the competition is out there and we just don't hear this kind of thing from them at all.
