That cracked me up & made my day. I got banned for simply stating that they should have notified patients in advance about these mini-consults, which I shouldn't have been a part of. I posted something else about how I was told different stories by different CS Agents. The next thing I know I am banned & they want a paragraph signed by my doctor & all of these mods. like the individual that you mentioned that were really nice to me are calling me a bonehead to other members in PMs. You get banned for stating that they should have handled the change in policy differently? (which shouldn't have applied to me anyway & I was never notified of?) Yet posts remain up about Lillians Axe is back are left up on the site???? Niiiiice. This is hardly professional. Mods. calling you a liar to another member of NWW & saying the things that were said. It's alright to admit that one is at fault. If they are changing policy, you email people well in advance of time or call them. They did neither. There is no excuse for that. We are dealing with medications here not Junior High School.
