I hope that you weren't referring to me Cloudy, because I don't even know what you guys are talking about to be honest. I have posted my bad experience with NWW after many months of a good one. It just seems that things are in transition over there right now & they should inform there clients via email or by phone if policies are going to change. I got caught in the shuffle & left in dark with nothing but people spreading lies about me, calling me a bonehead & etc. I still think that it would be proper to have notified people well ahead of time about these mini-consults. It was ridiculous the way that it was handled.
