They shouldn't be *mean* to ANYONE - this is a BUSINESS - a highly CONFIDENTIAL business and "mean" has no place at all in it.

If they have an issue with someone it should be PRIVATELY - not on any forum for any reason. This isn't ordering tinker toys, it's MEDICINE and that takes an EXTREME ammount of professionalism and confidentiality.
