Of course those arrows did not draw themselves, DUH, I put them in with PhotoShop so people could see what I was talking about!!!
And I erased the username because I know that person and did not know if she would like her username being displayed.
Am I going to tell you for the FOURTH time to go and see for yourself? I'll make it easy - look for user "unsatisfiedcust" . There. Now you have no excuse not to go look at it.
