I did state what the problem was & that there was one page of records, but they are very complete. They state the problem. My problem, my 2 appointments, blood tests, the fact that I had anxiety once again. They were very complete. I was upset that I was not told about these mini-consults at my last refill or consult, because it really isn't fair. If you run out of certain meds., you can be in really bad shape. I think being called a bonehead & a liar is ridiculous. I spent a lot of money using this company. I did share the info. about anxiety & 1 page of sufficient records. The rest of the stuff is nonsense imo. You shouldn't be banned for stating that you should have been told way in advance & getting different stories from many different C.S. REPS. It is just unacceptable.
