You are right that they can not discuss your records w3ith customers. any office staff though as in a doctors office can see them but may not disclose your personal info. I however have not seen anything posted here about his records that he had not posted himself in the forum when all thhis was going on. go back and read them yourself on the forum he wrote about one page records and it stated he had anxiety and etc... I am not making this up, have not talked to any mod or cs rep and don't know them but come on guys anyone can make those profiles in a paint shop forum and i read her posts at nww myself to see and nothing here is written that was not written there except for the fact he was banned and the patty thing.
I am just trying to be fair here as things aren't always as they seem. I do believe that for whatever reason his recordxs they would not accept as sufficient this time and he was upset (understandbly with no warning) and the rest is just getting out of control and things are being added.
