It bothered me that I was called a bonehead from someone that had helped me so much in the past. I was just upset with the fact that they didn't notify the clients well in advance that there would be these mini-consults after being with them for many months. Patty was always kind to me when I was a paying customer. Suddenly I am a bonehead. I posted on that board that they should have notified the customers that they would need extra records or updated records. It is their responsibility. Individuals outside of the company seemed to know too much about my records (which are sufficient). I went to the doctor yesterday. I was banned from that site for stating what should have been done. They should have told me as a good loyal customer at my last consult or refill that I would need more updated records. I would have made a doctors appt. earlier. Instead I was called a liar, bonehead & other things by the moderators. This simply isn't professional or right. They want to abide by the "new" regulations, but yet say negative things about former employees & former clients in PMs. This isn't right either. They need to learn how to treat their patients like gold, not like garbage if they change policies. It seemed to me like way too much knowledge was known about me & my condition by one member who posted on here. That is unacceptable. I wonder if that falls into the new rules. I am a firm believer that you admit when you are wrong. By not notifying those who have used them for a while or a few months that suddenly they would need more is not right. Banning people, because they don't agree with this & they state a different opinion is also not right. Make happy patients & notify them well in advance. Do not talk about them in PMs & etc. It is easy. This could have been resolved very easily. Most of us do not use an OP to make friends. We use the OP, because they are legitimate & they provide us with what will help us with our condition.
