Well, that was what I thought too, but the "Member Title" field can only be changed by Admin (Samantha or Brian), or the moderators if Admin gives them that ability. I tend to think it was the mods, because it just isn't the style of Samantha or Brian - they are more mature and businesslike than the mods, and have a stake in the image of the business. Also, I doubt that a disgruntled member would call their occupation "toilet licking" - that does not insult NWW, it insults the member.

It's worse than just that - the CS people are not supposed to have access to your medical information - that should be between the patient and the doctor/PA ONLY, unless you sign it away. This is Federal law. And not only should CS not have the info in the first place, they sure as hell shouldn't provide it to other members! That is a federal crime and these people should very well be worried. I think it was a bunch of them having fun making fun of other members and they got carried away. But it is still a federal felony.
