i have not posted a lot on this board and when i do i am always careful in my words so i dont slam someone. my dealings with NWW go back a long time. they were ALWAYS cordial and accomodating. however lately, within the past year and a half, it is like pulling teeth to have to deal with them. i have been given the run-a-round about consults, attitude on the phone etc., but this last time really set me off. i paid for the consult 120 and received my order, another 150 both on my card. when i went to do the refill however i saw that i only had that refill left and no more! i have tried to pm patty with no answer and sent an email to them. finally after 2 days i get an email back saying that is the way it has always been. 2 fills on a consult...i beg to differ! i have always gotten my consult with the original script and 2 refills to follow. i follow their policy to the T, pay what i owed to them and then am treated as though i am asking to be given something for free. personally i feel that i have that last refill coming and cannot get through to them to get it corrected. needless to say i am finished with NWW. there are other companies out there who welcome their business and from what i have read on the boards, know how to treat customers the right way...with courtesy and understanding. NWW has gone to the dogs and is going to lose a lot of customers.
