NWW was on a roll for quite awhile but the roll is going down hill. They randomly enforce policy and have lost the sympathetic ear in consults. They were good up unitl last summer and since last fall have fallen off the path.

When they have to defend themselves on this board there is a problem. When you do the math of all the other boards plus their own that is a lot of time taken out of taking care of patients. Thus, bad service.

When I had problems before the answer was only a phone call away. Kimberly would take care of the matter and it was done.

Next consult for me is going elsewhere. Perhaps YOD.
