Against my better judgement, I reconsulted with NWW this month.During the consult, the Dr. told me that they had no records there for me. Since I've been a client there for a year and a half, and had several consults, I know that is not true.However, when I contacted them, sure enough, my records have disapeared AGAIN. And to add insult to injury, the first fill that came today contained 90 pills. I have been getting 120 for all these months. No explanation. So, as it stands, I have paid $120.00 for a consult and I cannot get refills because they can't find my records,and I have only 90 pills for the month. I have P.M.'d them, but have received no response yet. Why does this company have so many problems, and why did I ever think things would get better?
