I've said before and will again in this thread - I was a loyal NWW customer for a very long time, I endured a lot of mess from NWW on a monthly basis (before I found DB and the alternatives!) and in the end, from you Patty, demanding that I pay for something that at that time had been arranged between myself and a staffer who had left NWW. You were very unprofessional toward me and that's why I left NWW FINALLY.

The OP I use now has NEVER (to my knowledge) had to come here to defend a single issue, why? Because they don't mess around, they don't talk to anyone, they don't share their info and they have ALWAYS delivered on time, the right count with NO PROBLEMS of any kind.

I truly wish NWW had treated each and everyone of their customers well, but many of us here know that is not the case.

I may be comming off as too harsh with Patty - but there still remains an issue of NWW owing me, taking my money and then Patty slamming on me for something she wasn't even a part of - so yes, I have issues with NWW, a truly bad experience from start to finish.

I know some here have always had a terrific experience with NWW, but hey, two sides to every coin...
