Hi FDA, I asume you are refering to NROPs (correct?), even if they did occasionally read these boards I really and truly doubt it would change anything.Lets face it,I don't think any of them lay out a 20 yr. business plan and have a Customer Service plan in place when opening.Its hit and run and I think thats fairly obvious.If you look at it from their aspect "why fix what ain't broke".They are able to sell ALL of their Mdse.and THEN SOME!How many Businesses are you aware of that has that kind of turnover? Hence the problem.Talk about Supply and Demand! They don't have to deal with any problem because its not going to affect their sales.Sales don't drop because they don't answer the phone or your emails.If their website is up,sales will continue to pour in whether it be yours or someone elses,I doubt they care.These Companys have made a Gazilion $$$ in a few short years with relatively No customer service.
While I agree I have been frustated a time or two (lol),I never actually count it as being fact that if I place an order before 2pm or whatever it will be shipped that day.And as for overnight,that just generally means it will be shipped overnight when its shipped right? Not actually shipped overnight from when they receive your order,right?
I doubt things will ever change on their end,except for them actually not being there at all someday but other than that,WHY would they do anything different? JMO, ~Renee'
