I had exactly the same experience this week. On Monday I ordered, for the first time, from rxgreatprices. The website said I would receive confirmation within an hour. I received nothing. I e-mailed them and I called them with no response. Today the UPS man arrived, requesting a money order. Since I had no idea the shipment was on the way, I had not purchased a money order, and in fact, had ordered from another company. I refused the package. Even an automated e-mail response to me would have prevented this waste of everyone's time.
