My major complaint is also about "guaranteed" overnight delivery. If the OP can't do it, don't offer that service, plain & simple.
I've been w/ the same ROP and now I have a credit for xx$'s, which could easily pay for one Rx., but I can only use it for shipping. Grrrrr, it gets so frustrating!
I don't even "worry" w/ BIR or tracking #'s, cause this ROP site is not "great" w/ updating site.
If I order on Wednesday and it's not going to get here til Monday, fine. Tell me the truth. Don't make promises/guarantees that can't be kept.
Most of all, do not charge me for a service I have not received.
