I only get PO'd when I am promised overnite delivery and then the pack arrives a week later. Don't promise me something if you can't deliver!!! And when I used NROPs, it was very nice (spoiled me!) to get pack's overnite like that but when stuck in BIR, I would order at 3-4 different places at the same time and then refused all the CODs when they arrived, only keeping the pack that was the best deal.
