I expressed my feelings on this in other posts. Once you know the deal with BIR you pretty much know it can take a few days to a week. I just get pissed when you e-mail and they dont reply. If they dont reply within reason ,they lose me as a customer. I will look elsewhere. I do believe that it isnt the fault of the OP. It is in fact problems with Pharmacy. If the OP is good, I think they contact the pharmacy when they get customer complaints. As far as Overnight....unless they are sure that pharmacy will ship out when promised, they shouldnt promise you overnight. You should get credit back for shipping if not on time. Maybe they should( OP,s)work on having pharmacy foot the bill if they cant get it ready in time.
