What annoys me
BIR for days on end.
Unanswered emails - I would be alot more understanding if I was at least acknowledged. Any explanation is better than none....or at least saw movement in an order after emailing a couple of times
As far as overnight shipping, I can see 2 days but that's about it. (Place order Monday morning, delivery by Wednesday.) I think that's reasonable, otherwise, don't advertise "overnight" shipping.
