Personally I'm just frustrated with the BIR concept (I just posted about this under "why why why" earlier today). As I said in my other post, the place I get my fioricet posts each step until it ships and then I get the tracking number. Maybe these guys can't because they are so overwhelmed. BIR = Limbo and I'm not a "Limbo" kind of girl. I like to know what's going on. But that's just me.
