Just wanted to post an update. I left FriendsMD messages via their "Live Help" feature (which is, of course, never live) and sent an email to the address that the order confirmation came from. Via another thread I found out the phone number of the pharmacy and called them -- a very friendly and professional-sounding lady told me she would have someone call me back. I never received any call or email in reply, but today UPS delivered a Ground package with the missing pills in it! So that's good, but hopefully I'll never again end up in an emergency situation and have to use one of these NROPs again!
