as far as that voided thing goes, my husband ordered back on the 20th of Jan, and back in the beginning of Dec 2004 he got his dec order without any problems, he also uses the UPS hub address as a hold for pick up but this is the message he got for his 2nd order, so it has to be the address thing, here is what they put under his status of order in Jan:
01/20/2005 Void we have different profiles with the same adress. We will not process any order for you and you customer ID is voided
