Ouch ,That is crazy and so uncalled for.I think it is so wrong of these scammers to do this to us.They advertise there meds and quantity and that is waht we should get!!I know others are gonna say that is why you use a rop instaed of nrop and this would not happen.I'm working on that but for those who do not then they have no choice but use these people.AND they do it because they know they can get away with it and do not care as long as they get our money.It seems like every nrop i have read about has shorted people.
