This happened to a friend of mine, and he called customer service and they told him they were out of that specific medication... He was then told to order a different strength of meds, and the order was shipped out within the hour after the phone call. So it could be that they are out of a lot of meds due to tons of back-orders. I would suggest calling the customer service number, and get some answers.
