OK. Here's the latest on my problem and how it was resolved. 1- Shame on Norco, the pharmacy and Fed-X for screwing up my order sooo badly. Once I finally convinced Fed X to ship to the intended address, (FedX dist center) the pharmacy authorized the shipment to be returned to them. The good news is that once the pharm got the package back, it was overnighted to me and arrived this morning. So,thanks to all those involved in handling this, although it never should have gotten this bad in the first place. I think the new phone system at Norco will help immensely. They need to allow customers to delete old addresses and CCs from their database. That info needs to automatically delete from the pharmacy database as well. This will solve half of their delivery snafus. Maybe consider another carrier. Fed-X has become very discourteous and sloppy. Jacob, thanks for your help. Still a customer, Fafhrd |
