Its really up to the driver. I live in an area with only one neighbor. I usually tape the M\O to my door. You can also let them attempt delivery then call UPS and make arrangements to pick it up at their hub. Mention the words 'important medecine' and they will do their best to cooridnate with you and even make a second attempt later in the day. Then again my UPS guy rocks.
