I agree. They hvae been great to me in the one order I placed with them. My second order, on which I await, was to be shipped ground. It was shipped on the 9th and is due to arrive on the 11th. Not bad, except I will not be home on the 11th. Does anyone have an idea as to what Ican do? Will UPS re-deliver? Should I go pick it up?
