I ordered on 10/31 originally and had a similar experience to many of you. Although their website said the order was shipped, UPS remained in "Billing Info. Rec'd". I tried ordering a second time with the notation that I was not trying to get a second order, but that I just wanted my original order. No luck so far. I have tried leaving messages on their "Live" CS which is always Off-line, but am getting no responses. UGghghh.... these nrops are so unreliable. Anyone had any luck and do you know how??
