Didn't see reply soon enough. Just made it out to "Shipping Department" which is what was on the package.

UPS said I had to put on something. Hope they can cash it! Nothing on their site says, and they didn't answer my e-mail question about it.

On a side note- labeling is not very good. There is no doc name, dosage on the bottle. If I get stopped with these in my purse, I'd be in trouble, as all rx's have to have a docs name on them.

Guess I'll put them in an old rx bottle for my diazepam. But, I'm not complaining, they doubled the order, so these will last 4 months, as I only use 5mgs per day as a muscle relaxer.
