Rx1stop and Rxpillmax - related?

Okay so here is what I've been able to ascertain as of this morning about these two sites from my experience with them this week....I placed an order with Rx1stop on Tuesday night - but mistakenly selected standard ground instead of next day Air - I tried calling and emailing to change the shipping type, but I was told by CS that because it was UPS, they could not change the type of shipping. That was the only explanation...and not sufficient for me because I asked them to change it well before I even received a tracking number, so they should have been able to change the shipping type, print out a new label, and adjust my account to reflect the more expensive Next Day Air, but they didn't and said they couldn't. So that package was expected to arrive on Monday, the 8th. Which is not what I was hoping for. So yesterday, Thursday morning, I went to Rxpillmax and placed an identical order with Next Day Air shipping...it was approved within an hour, and later on that day, at 3:30pm or so EST, I received my tracking number. So are these two sites related? Can they be if they approved and shipped both medications? The same medications...Sched III's. I don't know what the protocol is, but one would think this would be impossible for them to do if abiding with Federal DEA Laws... But I'm not one to argue and call attention, seeing that I need the stuff and had the opportunity to get it Today, Friday, before the weekend, because UPS doesn't deliver on the weekend. Anyway, with both tracking number's active, I knew both orders had been shipped, one slated to arrive on Monday, one slated to arrive Today, which I was banking on because otherwise, it would have been a really long and tedious weekend. So I check the numbers this morning, first the package scheduled for delivery today....and it says that it has been rescheduled for delivery Monday. As my face was getting red with anger, and my stomach dropping to my feet and toes, I called UPS to talk this over with them, because the package was at a Hub an hour and a half away from me, but still not scheduled for Monday. UPS guy said that it was the fault of one of the hubs, that things got mixed up and there was nothing I could do but wait until Monday and then get the package, call UPS and get a refund for the NEXt Day Air shipping that I had paid for. I don't give a [censored] about a refund, I just want my package. So as I'm sitting here just getting madder by the second, I checked my other tracking number, for the package supposedly being delivered on Monday also - on standard ground. It said that the package was at the hub in my town at 4:30am, but said nothing about being out for delivery today. I assumed that they would hold it there and not deliver until Monday, because they didn't have to try and get it to me. I drove over to the HUb, and they were really helpful, dug the package out of a pile of packages, and held it for me there, so I went to get my M.O. - (COD). I got it, went back, got the package, and thanked them for being so helpful, and they really were. I thought I had read somewhere though that you can't pick up the package until they've made a delivery attempt and left a notice at your location that you can try and pick up the package at the HUB after a certain hour. But I explained to them what had happened with the Next Day package, that it got mixed up and wouldn't be delivered until Monday, and the guy was really nice and helped me out. I guess I've got a good group of guys here at UPS in my town. So anyway, that was my nightmare/happy ending story, and I guess these two sites aren't related, even though they look very similar, but maybe they are, and just don't do a very good job in double checking against other sites. I wasn't trying to get lots of meds, just trying to get some before the weekend was out. If I could, I would cancel the other one, but can't so I guess I just lucked out.
