my thought is the same, since you have been to the doc, get them to get you a copy of you're med records and go with one of the OP's that are mentioned here, check out the thread. I go the NROP route but I don't have any records and don't use them all to much (so I believe) but if I could get records I would try NWW or YOD in a minute!
