We are practically in the same boat! First to my quick solution then I'd like to share a doctor story with you. I am brand new to OPs and after much research and use of this website I use CyberScriptsRX.com. I have records (six years of gout- began in 1 toe, now in most of my joints), and they were quick, friendly and reasonably priced. I lived in NYC and after seeing a rheumotologist (who diagnosed the disease and gave me several sets of cortosine shots- useless and painful to recieve) gave me 1 script for 20 Vicodin. No ES's either. After a month, I went back, was charged $350 and recieved NO script but was offered another shot (extra, of course). I then went to a walk-in clinic in NYC, got a script for 10 Tylenol 3's- which the local pharmacist refused to fill!! I can barely walk- lost my job (unrelated) and started to cry.
To compound matters, I have been seeing a psychiatrist for 3 years to deal with my depression, anxiety and repeated panic attacks- my wife left me during this period- and he prescribed Effexor, Neurotin and Hydroxyzine Pamoate- no benzos. The latter two have given me severe side effects for which I need treatment. The Neurotin, which is prescribed "loosely" for pain and anxiety started giving me seizures- IT IS AN ANTI-SEIZURE medicine.
