when I had to wait a few days to track down soem ER records etc. I just ran by my cchiropractors and got the records he had and they were sufficient for me to get the ball rolling using a ROP. Then later I sent them my other records. just incase you have a chiro or have used one b4, they seem to be easier/faster to get.
