Hey Eeyore. Yea, I dealt with them just last week. I went through the same thing. You can email them at They're very good about responding. When they told me they wouldn't be shipping anytime soon, I requested they cancel my order. In about 10 minutes I got confirmation that my order had been canceled. My cc was never billed.
