SuseCue...i beg to differ on your post...i think the CS part of the forum is great! if you have tried the other routes to get into contact with NWW and havent got a response then by all means post it...if you dont get any help from NWW you will get help and some answers to your concerns...i do believe the CS part of the forum is great..it also gives you info about problems others may have that you may have as well..i am totally for the CS thread but thats JMO.
