This is why I have been against the Customer Service portion of the NWW forum from the get go.

Especially with the transaction being between a patient and a pharmacy.

Not our business. The Customer Service section of the forum should be PM ONLY. NO POSTS. There was no reason for anyone to post their personal business on an open forum.

A General Statement for the purpose of Feedback should certainly be posted at the completion of the transaction. That is all that is necessary.

My opinion, of course.
