An apology is easy to make! I never said he did not recieve meds. I said that the person making the claim lied about signing for the package himself. That is still true.
However, I do admit I thought he was a scammer and am surprised to learn this is not so! sooooo I do offer an apology for what I thought. I still cannot understand why he said he picked up the package himself and latter admitted his girl friend picked it up.
