My FedEx package says "adult signature required." For a delivery to your house, I believe it can be any adult who signs. As far as a hub pick-up, I just picked a package up over the week-end, and they checked my ID. But now I am wondering, are they checking your name to make sure it matches the name on the package, or checking to make sure you are over 21. Interesting question.
