I think when the driver is at your house, alot of times they are in a hurry and will not even bother to check for an ID. When you go into the hub, they ALWAYS check ID. Yes, I have also had someone under the age of 21 sign for meds for me, but that was at the house with the driver who was probably in a hurry or just didn't really care. pete.
