Don't be too hard on Neon. We all know that there are people out there that take advantage of the system, and all that does is hurt those of you that need services like ours.

Keep in mind, that I can only affect NWW so much. I do have a boss, and there are some decisions that I can not make, and some paths that I have to follow.

I feel bad reading some of the posts here, I have spent a long time, many late, late, nights, trying to help chronic pain suffers.
