I picked up my package at the Fedex hub and my meds were not in it. They asked me to sign for the package first and then they handed the package to me, so I had already signed for it before they handed it to me. I then realized that there was nothing in the package and that the side of the package that is supposed to be glued/bound was undone. The Fedex employee then called the manager over and he said to file a claim and they would turn the claim around within an hour because it was medication (he was concerned and wanted the pharmacy to be able to send a repacement that day because he felt bad). I asked if I could "unsign" for the package and have them return to sender and he stated it would be easiest and fastest to file a claim, and they would reimburse the pharmacy within a few hours (which they did, so MediPharm has been reimbursed $100). Anyway, trying to get this resolved through NWW and MediPharm has been a complete NIGHTMARE. I am treated on the phone as if I'm a lier (but the manager and an employee at Fedex can both attest to the fact that there was nothing in the package when I received it as I realized it a second after the package was handed to me that something was missing). I filed the claim at Fedex, and MediPharm has been reimbursed $100. I have had to keep calling to get any response. These people don't care at all!! They told me that now I have to file a police report. I'm going to Fedex tomorrow to see if I can "unsign" for this package and have it sent back to MediPharm and then I will look at doing a consult with another company as I am extremely low on pills. I will also dispute all charges as I have never received the service and product that I paid for (and MediPharm has not taken a loss as they have been reimbursed $100 from Fedex).
