There is a new law that took effect the first of September (I think) in Florida that basically says the pharmacy can't fill/ship a prescription for a Florida resident for a doctor if the pharmacy is aware that the doctor has not had a face to face encounter with the patient or have evidence of a physical performed by a local doctor in lieu of the tele-med doctor.

I think this is at least close to what it says. I think. I think. I think. Let me reiterate....I think: there's a new law that took effect in September that changes the way some of the NROP's will do business and what state they will now do business in.

Some of my more legally intelligent friends will be better equipped to answer this specifically.
